2. Service Description
TrainSmart AI provides AI-powered customer service training simulations including:
- Call Center Agent Training modules
- Virtual Assistant Training modules
- Real-time AI coaching and feedback
- Voice simulation using ElevenLabs technology
- Progress tracking and analytics
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Use a valid email address for account verification
4. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Free Plan: 3 training sessions total, basic features
- Personal Plan: ₱499/month, unlimited sessions, voice simulation
- Pro Plan: Advanced features for professional use
- Enterprise Plan: Custom solutions for organizations
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the service to train for activities that could harm others
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our training algorithms
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your training sessions and performance data are stored securely and used only to improve your training experience and our services.
7. AI and Voice Technology
Our service uses advanced AI technology including:
- OpenAI GPT-4o for conversation simulation and coaching
- ElevenLabs for realistic voice synthesis
- Proprietary scoring and feedback algorithms
AI-generated content is for training purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TrainSmart AI are owned by us and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrainSmart AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
